No Returns or Refunds unless following rules 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure product quality and safety, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please make sure you carefully review your order, including product compatibility, sizing, color, and quantity, before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve verified issues.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are compatible with their specific e-bike or setup before purchasing. We are not responsible for incompatibility resulting from incorrect ordering or modifications made to a bike.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
